Privacy policy
Last updated: October 8, 2026
Emagency ("I") runs emagency.ai. This policy explains what personal information this site collects, why, and how to exercise your rights, in line with Québec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector.
Person responsible for personal information
Emmanuel, founder of Emagency. For any question or request: emmanuel@emagency.ai.
What is collected
- When you book a call: your name, email address and the answers you give in the booking form (for example your phone number and business name).
- Through the Meta Pixel, unless you decline it: technical data about your visit (pages viewed, whether you booked, device type), which Meta may link to your Facebook or Instagram account.
The Meta Pixel is active when you visit the site. You can turn it off by clicking "Decline" in the banner, or at any time with the "Cookies" link at the bottom of each page. It then stops sending data to Meta.
Why
- To schedule the call you asked for and contact you about it.
- To measure which ads lead to bookings, unless you declined it.
Your information is never sold or rented.
Service providers and transfers outside Québec
Bookings go through Calendly, and ad measurement through Meta Platforms. These companies may store information outside Québec, including in the United States, under their own privacy policies.
Retention
Booking information is kept as long as needed to follow up on your request, then deleted no later than two years after our last exchange, unless you become a client.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, and withdraw your consent, by writing to emmanuel@emagency.ai. I reply within 30 days. You can also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
